DoveCote is an American cuisine restaurant with French inspired flavors located in the stately 390 North building in downtown Orlando. Conveniently located next to the Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Art Center, Orlando City Soccer Stadium and other downtown landmarks. 

DoveCote's award winning menu includes a raw bar offering multiple varieties of oysters, clams, and shellfish while our  kitchen brings an array of meat, seafood, chicken, and game to delicious culinary heights. DoveCote’s extensive wine, champagne, beer, and cocktail programs are meticulously prepared and served to enhance our guests’ experience while complementing this comfort cuisine.

This is the restaurant for all occasions, with outdoor seating, private dining, a great hall, and a very spirited main dining room and bar. We look forward to providing an exceptional experience that you won’t soon forget.

Rob Tazioli
Owner, Managing Partner

Born and raised in the Chicago area on its excellent food - Rob’s passion is to bring a great local restaurant to downtown Orlando with fabulous food, ambiance, and service. He oversees DoveCote with a focus on the guest experience.

Rob came out of retirement to deliver this, after a successful 33 year career running and selling major Private Equity and Venture Capital-backed healthcare firms. 

The cornerstone of his life is his family - wife Libby, daughter Gina, and sons Kyle, Troy, and Trevor.

Chris Granville
Hospitality Partner

Raised in the Orlando area, Chris brings 20+ years of hospitality/restaurant experience to the DoveCote team. His primary focus is on operations and facilitating the growth of the business.


After founding and operating a successful multi-unit restaurant chain for 16 years, Chris spent 5 years in the technology sector focusing on sales and business development. He is extremely excited to return to his true passion and looks forward to building the DoveCote brand.
